All of us! Seriously craziness getting everyone together, but it was fun. I really loved the location too. California is so pretty. We put the camera on a tripod and bribed a neighborhood boy to come click the shutter for us. Two words: Rapid. Fire. Such a blessing.
Sam's amazing grandma & aunt (and mom, of course):
And, here's some of mom & dad Curren and Dan. So much easier to photograph. Less kids running around, right? :) They are seriously awesome. Dan turned 12 two weeks ago.

Brother #2
This is the second oldest Curren boy and family. I seriously love all of Sam's family. So fun. These guys live out in CA and we usually stay with them while we're out there. Always good times. He's a firefighter and she is an amazing mom of these BOYS. I don't know how she does it. They are a handful, but how can you not love those smiles!?

Meet the Family
Over the next week or so, you get to meet Sam's side of the family! Wohooo!! We did family pictures while we were in CA for Thanksgiving last year. Due to craziness, this is the first chance I've had to edit. Patient, aren't they?
This is Sam's oldest brother and his amazing wife & kids. He runs a White Cap store and is an awesome welder, and she's the really crafty one that some of you have heard me talk about. a.m.a.z.i.n.g. I love them. So much fun.

January 6th Picture of the Day
The POD. Can I call it that? You'll know what I'm talking about, right? Anyway, took these while the kids were "helping" daddy shovel snow. Yes. They have car scrapers. It's really cute.

Michelle & Joseph
These guys got married on New Year's Eve. How fun is that?! They picked a great day for the weather too. Beautifully sunny with brilliant white snow all over the place. I loved it. They were married in the Mt. Timpanogas Temple and then had their reception at the North Hampton House. Cute husband & I decided that if we ever marry each other again, we're having our reception there. It was stunning. Thanks for an incredible event! You guys were awesome!

Melissa & Shawn
Trying to catch up on my blogging. I photographed this wedding back in November, and they've been incredibly patient waiting to see their images. So... here's a preview to hold you over until the rest are finished!
There was a huge accident on the freeway that night that made everyone late. Melissa changed into her dress super-fast and we raced outside to get some shot of her before the ceremony and before we lost all of the light.

Outlaws
Just for fun. :) We had this taken last summer when the "kids" got together and all went to Lagoon. Josh & Barbie were engaged at the time. It was so fun. Just a day to hang out and do stupid things and be silly. I loved it.

This year's project
I realize there are a lot of '365' projects floating around. New year, new chance to start something that will last all year. Well, I decided to jump on the bandwagon. I'm hoping to end up a with a kit to help me organize this project, but if not, well, I'll still have my pictures. I'll figure something out.
Anyway, the idea is to take a picture everyday of whatever. Just normal stuff that you normally wouldn't try and capture (and for me, stuff I wouldn't normally try and scrapbook). So, here's what we did yesterday for our Family Home Evening activity. Rachel loves it. And she's good, even if we don't exactly follow all the rules. :)
